Executed roll-out of the inaugural Kendra Scott Campus Gems Program which extended the network of influencers while engaging our collegiate audience.
Received 400 applications across 35 campus, selecting a final 50 “gems”.
Partnered with multiple teams including Retail Ops and Human Resources to set key markets, set up process for referring, receiving, and vetting applicants, and setting up process for “gems” to partner with their closest store.
Responsible for monthly communication to gems sharing monthly social media prompts and challenges for hosting events.
